1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GetSaferide's dealer program services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Dealer Program Services

GetSaferide provides a comprehensive dealer program that includes:

  • Vehicle protection services and warranties
  • Sales tools and customer management systems
  • Marketing and promotional materials
  • Training and support services
  • Commission and payment processing

3. Dealer Obligations

As a GetSaferide dealer partner, you agree to:

  • Maintain all required business licenses and certifications
  • Represent GetSaferide services accurately and professionally
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and data security
  • Provide excellent customer service

4. Commission and Payments

Commission rates and payment terms are specified in your dealer agreement. Payments are typically processed monthly, subject to verification of sales and compliance with program requirements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property provided by GetSaferide remain the exclusive property of GetSaferide. Dealers are granted limited use rights for business purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

GetSaferide's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. GetSaferide reserves the right to terminate immediately for breach of terms or violation of program requirements.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where GetSaferide is headquartered.

9. Changes to Terms

GetSaferide reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
